Final and handover cleaning
We finish the built or renovated space to the agreed standard of cleanliness before use or handover. The work may include:
- Removing loose dust and ordinary construction debris from agreed areas
- Vacuuming and wiping worktops and furniture surfaces
- Cleaning floors with a method suitable for the material
- Final cleaning of kitchens and sanitary facilities
- Window cleaning by separate agreement
- Removing protective films, stickers and residue where the material allows
Transport of heavy demolition or construction waste and handling of any hazardous materials are always agreed separately before work starts.

We follow the site's access, protection and safety instructions. For a quote, we need the floor area, project stage, schedule, access arrangements and details of water and electricity availability.

Construction cleaning is priced by quotation. The price depends on the site's size and stage, amount of dust and construction residue, required cleanliness, schedule, working height and accessibility.

Handling ordinary cleaning waste is agreed in the quote. Heavy demolition or construction waste and hazardous materials are not included without a separate agreement.
